Personal Energy Security!

Energy Security is the international 'buzz' phrase when describing one country's reliance on another for it's energy. A similar link must be made between property owners and domestic energy suppliers. If a country needs security from it's suppliers, it's only logical for domestic users to require the same, isn't it?
